29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.  On or about April 7, 2021, employees were exposed to rotating part hazards such as blade style mixing paddles on the Hobart mixer machines.

29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:    On or about April 7, 2021, Next to the mixer, the junction box fixture contains exposed electrical wiring throughout the fixture.  Employees are exposed to electrical shock hazards due the cover was not installed.
