ALEXANDER MANUFACTURING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.147(C)(6)(II), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1268685 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1B, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 16, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 114 N. LINCOLN STREET, TOWANDA, ILLINOIS 61776.
