29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  On or about April 7, 2021, employees engaged in drilling operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards for not having covers in the following instances: a)	240-volt breaker box located outside of change house.  b)	120-volt outlet box located next to Tool Pusher's trailer door.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about April 7, 2021, employees engaged in drilling operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to having  damaged strain reliefs in the following instances:   a)	240-volt junction box located at the top right rear of parts house (Con-ex box).   b)	240-volt breaker box located outside of Crewmembers bunkhouse trailer.
