29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while working from height during residential roofing operations. This was most recently observed on April 7, 2021 at 6990 N 172nd St, Bennington, Nebraska when four workers were installing roofing materials to a residential structure that had an eave height of 12 feet above the ground, and the workers were not using fall protection.
