29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Main production, ammonia transfer station - on or about April 13, 2021, employees transferring corrosive Ammonium Hydroxide for paint mixing were not provided with suitable eyes flushing facilities because plumbed eye wash stations were not functional, and the Encon Firstep eye wash treatment bottles did not comply with the self-contained eye wash equipment's specifications per American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z358.1-1998.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
