OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushed and struck-by hazards while performing loading and unloading of merchandise pallets with forklifts throughout the storage area:  On or about 4/06/2021, in the warehouse located at 465 Enterprise Dr. Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986, the employer did not ensure the structural integrity of the steel storage racks components were free from damage in that, two columns were observed severely bent and out of plum, one of the diagonal braces was observed bent, and there were two base plates missing from the bottom of the columns, thereby exposing employees to crushed and/or struck-by hazards.
