29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): The walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with a edge of  6-feet or more above a lower lever was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.  New townhome construction located at 32 Copeland St. Lot 16, Peachtree City GA. On or about March 13, 2021, employee engaged in painting activities were exposed to fall hazards while work on the roof at a height of approximately 10-feet from the top of the roof to the lower (ground) level.
