29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph.  The employer is failing to protect an employee from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 4107 Cove Hollow Rd., Papillion, NE 68046 on April 14, 2021 where the employer has an employee roofing a residential apartment without a fall protection system, where the eave height of the roof was over the 16 foot 4 inch height of the fully extended trench rod, when measured from the lower level.
