29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   A) 497 Browning lane, Cherry Hill, NJ:  The employer failed to ensure that each employee assigned to perform framing and sheeting work on a residential home were protected by a fall protection system, while working on teh exterior of the building exposed to fall of 13ft.   Condition observed on or about 16APR21.

29 CFR  1926.501(c):When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section [1-Erect toeboards, screens, or guardrail systems to prevent objects from falling from higher levels; or 2-Erect a canopy structure; or 3-Barricade the area to which objects could fall, prevent employees from entering the barricaded area, and keep objects away from the edge of the higher level]:  A) 497 Browning Lane, Cherry Hill, NJ: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard(s) when passing 3/4" plywood from a 6ft. A-Frame ladder to the second floor of a gut-rehab home.   Conditions observed on or about 16APR21.
