29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): At least two exits routes were not available to permit prompt evacuation of employees during an emergency. On or about April 15, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer only provided a single exit route for the facility, exposing employees to the hazard of being trapped inside the building in the event of fire or other emergency.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about April 15, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed items to be stored in front of circuit breaker panels, blocking safe and ready access, exposing employees to the hazards associated with an electrical shock or an electrical fire.
