29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  A) 2404 New Albany Rd., Cinnaminson, NJ:  The employer failed to ensure that each employee assigned to perform roofing repairs and replacement was protected from a fall from elevation by means of a fall protection system.  Condition observed 22APR21.

29 CFR  1926.501(c):When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section [1-Erect toeboards, screens, or guardrail systems to prevent objects from falling from higher levels; or 2-Erect a canopy structure; or 3-Barricade the area to which objects could fall, prevent employees from entering the barricaded area, and keep objects away from the edge of the higher level]:  A) 2404 New Albany Rd., Cinnaminson, NJ:  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard(s) when working below roofing operations without head protection such as but not limited to: Hard Hats.  Conditions observed on or about 16APR21.
