29 CFR  1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:  a) Worksite was located at 902 Murray Road, East Hanover, NJ 07936  A subcontractor's employees were exposed to struck by hazards as they worked to disassemble large shelf assemblies while not wearing hard hats to protect them from the work being done overhead.  Violation occurred on or about April 13, 2021
