29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section:   a- 224 Mulberry Place, Ridgewood NJ (Ladder Jack Scaffold): An employee engaged in siding activities from the work platform of a ladder jack scaffold was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition noted on or about 04/26/2021  Guichos Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1470248, Citation # 1, Item # 4, issued on 06/05/2020 with respect to a work place located at 6 Churchill Court, Paramus NJ 07652. This citation became a final order (Under Contest)
