29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  A) 409 Kings Hwy, Cherry Hill, NJ:  The employer failed to ensure that each employee assigned to perform roofing repairs and replacement was protected from a fall from elevation by means of a fall protection system.  Condition observed 30APR21.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  A) 409 Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ: The employer failed to ensure that  the ladder being used to access the rooftop work site was extended three feet past the eave to allow safe access exposing employees to fall hazard(s).  Condition observed on or about 30APR21
