29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):  Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  a) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869  A subcontractor's employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet as they were cutting and laying block on scaffold frames that were not bearing securely on mudsills that were anchored and in good condition.  Violation was observed on or about April 27, 2021  b) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869  A subcontractor's employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet as they were cutting and laying block on scaffold frames that were bearing on unstable footings.
