29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) 508 Monmouth Road, Millstone, NJ 08510:   Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet from the ground below without the use of fall protection such as but not limited to personal fall arrest systems.   Observed on or about April 28, 2021.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
