29 CFR  1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. In completed installations, each outlet box shall have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  On or about April 30, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from an electrical shock hazard in the dish wash and storage area, where there was no cover plate on an overhead junction box.

Employees work with chemicals including, but not limited to,  Intercon Hurricane Degreaser,  Intercom Lo Temp Sanitizer,  Pure Bright Ultra Bleach, Member Mark Oven Grill & Fryer Cleaner, Intercom BC-200 Dishwasher Detergent,  and Intercon Grade A Sanitizer.
