29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:  a)  On or about 04/30/2021, at the McDonalds Food Service, located on 1965 Chili Avenue, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection for employee(s) engaged in framing work 20 feet above lower levels.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near unprotected sides along the top edge of the building.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
