29 CFR  1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level:  a)  At 7137 N Blue Angel Parkway, Bldg. A / Bldg. J Arena Villas at Blue Angel, Pensacola, Florida:  On or about May 3, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform roofing activities with their fall arrest system set up improperly exposing employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
