29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection:  a) OJ Construction LLC, at 346 Gila Trail, Ault CO 80610: On or before May 04, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from a fall from elevation in that guardrails or other suitable fall protection were not properly installed on the working platform of the pump jack scaffold.  The scaffold lacked mid rails, top rails, and end rails.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of  11 feet.
