29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C):The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems:  On or about April 29, 2021, on the roof of the apartment complex located at 9835 Namaste Loop, Orlando, FL, 32836, employees were working without fall protection while pressure washing a roof,  thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 40ft in height to the ground below.
