29 CFR  1926.352(d):Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed:  A) 1300 Blackhorse Pike, Glendora, NJ:  Employees at this worksite were exposed to fire hazard(s) when the employer failed to ensure that fire extinguishing equipment was onsite for open flame roof tarring hot work operations.   Condition noted on or about 04MAY21.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  A) 1300 Blackhorse Pike, Glendora, NJ: The employer failed to ensure that fall protection was required based on how close employees are to the edge of the roof: Less than 6 feet from the roof edge. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 14 feet from roof to ground level.  Condition observed on or about 04MAY21
