29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.  a) Jobsite located at 11350 Norcom Rd, Philadelphia PA : Employees were performing roofing work on a low-slope roof less than 50-feet in width, with unprotected sides and edges, while not utilizing an effective fall protection system in that the assigned safety monitor was performing work other than monitoring, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of greater than 19 feet.   Condition noted on May 3, 2021.
