29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about May 6, 2021, east side of building, an employee was trimming a tree from an aerial lift basket approximately 40 feet above the ground without a lanyard attached to the basket.
