29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. On the 5:12 pitch roof of residential building 3, located at 13700 Sutton Park Drive North, Jacksonville, FL: On or about 5/11/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 17-foot 8-inch to 23-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
