(b) On or about 5/11/2021 - 3049 HWY 18 West, Fayette, AL 3555, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in areas, such as but not limited to,  the southwest wall, near the top left press machine because the junction box was missing a cover and insulated wires were showing.
