29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) Production Department: On May 7, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that point-of-operation on the Amada RG-100 hydraulic press (Serial No. 106063) was not guarded as employees used the machine to shape sheet metal.   All FAB Precision Sheetmetal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1499160, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4635 Coates Drive, Fairburn, GA 30213.
