29 CFR  1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways:    a) Alliance Glazing Technologies, Inc., at 1890 Revere Ct., Denver, CO 80045: On or before May 11, 2021 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees used a 10 foot, three point ladder on surfaces that are not stable and an employee sustained injuries from falling off of an unstable ladder. The employer failed to properly train employees on use and placement of ladders and an employees sustained injuries from falling off an unstable ladder.
