Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  A) 20 Tyler Way, Voorhees, NJ: Employees engaged residential roofing construction were exposed to fall hazard(s) when installing roof trusses. The employer failed to ensure that each employees assigned to work at elevation were wearing a PFAS, and or a fall protection system was in place.   Condition noted on or about 13MAY21
