29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:   On or about May 12, 2021, employees engaged in residential construction operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-ft. for not using any form of fall protection.  Prieto Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1297873, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 978 Grandevole Dr., El Paso, TX 79932.

On or about May 12, 2021, employees engaged in residential construction were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-ft. due to inadequacies in fall protection training.  Prieto Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1297873, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 978 Grandevole Dr., El Paso, TX 79932.
