29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1):Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  On or about April 27, 2021, employees of a subcontractor were not protected from electrical shock while installing metal roofing materials near overhead power lines. The subcontractor's employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(3):Employer did not post or maintain proper warning signs at locations where the performance of the work could bring a person, tool, or machine into physical or electrical contact with an energized electrical power circuit:  On or about April 27, 2021, and at times prior thereto,   the employer did not post proper warning signs near the energized power circuit during the residential construction work. The subcontractor's employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock.
