29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.   (a)	First Vehicle Services, Inc. at 0087 County Shops Road, Frisco, CO 80443:  The employer did not report a work-related in-patient hospitalization and amputation incident to OSHA within 24 hours.  On May 9, 2021 at approximately 12:18 PM an employee performing maintenance on a truck mounted pressure sprayer was injured when the unit malfunctioned.  The employee was transported to a hospital and admitted shortly thereafter.  The employer reported the incident to OSHA on 5/10/21 at 3:44 PM MST.
