29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about May 21, 2021,  and at times prior thereto, Jaime Framing  did not ensure frequent and regular inspections of its subcontractor were conducted.  a)  At least one employee worked from a powered industrial truck with an unapproved work platform.  Employee was potentially exposed to a fall of approximately 32 feet to the ground below  b)  Employees worked from ladder jack scaffolds without a complete guardrail system;  c)  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when working in areas with overhead work and not protected by the use of hard hats.
