29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a)  The Robert Apartments, 3811 Schoolhouse Rd., building 8- Observed on or about 05/25/2021, employees in the process of roof sheathing activities on a low slope roof,  3 and 1/2' in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal), were exposed to a 30' 4 and 7/8" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment and/or an alternative fall protection measure was not installed or utilized.
