29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Worksite, 28 Baycrest Ave., Westhampton NY- An employee was working directly below an employee installing cedar shingles without head protection and was struck by a nail from a nail gun; on or about 5/25/21.     Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
