29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:  Rear of shop, on or about 5/19/2021, and or time prior to the, rotating knives of the Weinig Molder machine were not adequately guarded to prevent employees from lifting the hood and exposing the knives, while the knives were still rotating, thereby exposing employees to a hazard of rotating knives.
