29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) Worksite, 539 Dune Rd Westhampton Beach, NY- Employee was using a pneumatic nail gun to install vinyl shingles to the side of  a condominium building while not wearing eye protection; on or about 5/27/2021.   Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
