29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a) On or about May 27, 2021, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating pneumatic nail guns without the benefit of eye protection.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about May 27, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while working without fall protection from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 16 feet.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
