29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  Laboratory, 20 Cabot Road, Woburn, MA  a) On or about 6/1/21, employees that work with hazardous chemicals in their work area, including but not limited to Advia 120 (EZ Wash, CBC Timepac), ISE Mid Standard Solution, and Wash Solution, did not receive training on the hazards of the chemicals that they work with.
