29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 600 Oriskany Boulevard, entire roof, mainly on the north and south panels, on or about 5-27-21: Employees were installing underlayment and shingles on a steep roof (6:12 pitch), with more than half without harnesses and not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 14 feet 8 inches.
