(b) New residential construction located on Lot #206 Lauritsen Way, Newnan, GA 30265, Roof: On or about 06/02/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 19-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that employees were not connected to life-lines provided on the roof while snapping chalk lines on a 6/12 pitched roof.
