29 CFR  1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l):   29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d):  a) Prefabrication Shop Yard - On or about June 8, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a training program to the employee that operates the rough terrain powered industrial truck, JLG lull, at the shop yard.
