29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment:  (a)  On or about June 8, 2021 employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working around the Marvel Vertical Band Saw (Model #F2150PC3S & Serial #F2150-20527PC3S) and the employer did not ensure that their personal protective equipment assessment discussed the proper time for the employees operating the saw to don/doff gloves around the moving saw blade.
