(a) 443 County Rd 9, Slocomb Alabama, Peel House Area: On June 16, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and other injuries related to the eyes, in that non-safety prescription glasses were allowed to be worn without side shields or other protection that covered prescription glasses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription glasses while walking and working in and around the peel house and when using chain saws.
