29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded. The guarding device was not in conformity with any appropriate standards therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, was so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. On or about 6/17/2021, employees at Jay Henges Enterprises, Inc. DBA Porta-King Building Systems were exposed to point of operation hazards. An Accurpress 100 Ton Press, Model # 717542 / Serial # 9002, did not have a guarding device designed or constructed to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.
