29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  a) 92-1 Machine:  An employee was required to wear a full-face respirator when dumping bags of maleic anhydride into the system, and the employer did not provide this employee with a respirator medical evaluation before the employee was fit tested and required to wear the respirator in the workplace, on or about September 3, 2021.
