29 CFR  1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures.  A) 907-931 E Jersey St Elizabeth, NJ 07201 Dirt road/walkway leading to apartment building  Employer did not ensure the road/walkway leading up to the apartment building was free of tripping hazards. Bent rebar was sticking up out of the ground creating a slip, trip and fall hazard.  Condition noted on 6/21/21.
