Employees were required to conduct maintenance and refueling activities which exposed them to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to fuel oils, difluoromethane, pentafluoroethane, etc. contained in refrigerants such as R-410A and tetrachloroethylene, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, etc. contained in coil cleaners.
