29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Construction Reference: 1926.59):  (a) On or about June 23, 2021 throughout the jobsite, the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program for employees performing masonry installation operations who were exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Holcom Type N Mortar Masonry Cement  and CIMSA CRAFTA-N (contains respirable crystalline silica dust, and hexavalent chromium), which can result in silicosis, lung cancer, COPD, skin burns, serious eye damage.
