29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Lot #26, 1725 Stilesboro Rd NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152: On June 25, 2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with and used the appropriate eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns to construct the frame of a one-story residential building. Jesus Palma was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1165314, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4535 Mossbrook Circle, Cumming, GA 30040.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot #26, 1725 Stilesboro Rd NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152: On June 25, 2021, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 10 feet and 21 feet in that the employer did not ensure that employees had on fall protection while framing the roof of a one-story residence. Jesus Palma was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177404, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4515 Mossbrook Circle, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
